I told daddy that a girl at work tried some things called preggie pops when she was pregnant and sick and they helped her to feel better. He went online and ordered me some and I got them today. I was feeling a little nauseous on my way home from work so I tried one and they work!

Nine weeks

I am nine weeks pregnant and these are my first pictures I have taken of you growing in my tummy. I call this dress I am wearing my uniform because it is the outfit I am most comfortable in. I wear it all the time.

You are now about the size of a grape! Your heart is finishing dividing into four chambers and your teeth are starting to form! Your eyes are fully formed now but your eyelids will stay closed until around 27 weeks. I can't wait to look into your eyes!

I have felt very lucky so far in my pregnancy with you. I have not been very sick, no throwing up! I just get nauseous if I go too long without eating, so I feel like I am eating all the time. I also feel pretty tired most of the time and take lots of naps! Daddy got me a dance game on the xbox kinect so I have been trying to dance for exercise. I need to do it more often but most of the time I choose to nap. Maybe you will love dancing just like your mommy does!

Cravings and Dislikes

Some of the foods I have been craving:

1.Sandwiches (especially Neds Krazy Subs)

2. Pasta, I love noodles

3. Pickles, I think I have eaten a whole jar in one week

Foods that gross me out:

1. Sausage

2. Quinoa Primavera

3. The smell of eggs

4. Most meats

Today was one of the happiest days since our wedding day!

We have been trying to get pregnant for six months and today all of our prayers where answered. I came home from work and told daddy that I wanted to take a pregnancy test. He told me that he did not want me to because he was too afraid that I would be sad again. So we ate dinner and after dinner I told him that I just couldn't wait any longer and I had to take a test. So I went and took the test, set the timer for 3 minutes and we waited anxiously on the couch. When the timer went off I told daddy that he had to look at it because I was too nervous. He went into the bathroom and looked at it, he turned around with a sad face and gave me a hug. Then he said in my ear "You're Pregnant!!!!"

We could not believe it. I cried lots of happy tears and we celebrated!

We are so excited to have you in our life, our sweet baby and we can't wait to finally see your face. Thank you for coming and making our dreams come true!
